This estate auction has some amazing items in it.  This auction features a 1969 MG MGB in very good condition.  It features a 2014 Harley Davidson 1200T SuperLow with only 311 miles, a Takamine Steve Wariner limited edition signed guitar, two signed with COA George Harrison albums, a signed David Bowie album with COA, and many many more signed albums with COA's.  There are also many Beatles albums to include Yesterday and Today, and 3 different Abbey Road covers.  There are also amps, receivers, speakers, and turntable.  This auction also includes numerous coins, American Eagles, Walking Liberty Halves, Franklin Halves, Bullion, State Quarters, Sacagawea and Presidential Dollars, and more.   Other albums include Cream, Mick Fleetwood, Jerry Garcia, John Lennon, Yoko Ono, Styx, Elton John, Dave Mason, Hot Tuna, Badfinger, Eagles, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, and many more.  It also has an Armalite AR-10 with scope, tripod, case that has never been fired. ALL FIREARMS WILL HAVE TO BE PICKED UP AT THE LOCAL FFL LICENSED DEALER IN YORKTOWN.  IF YOU ARE OUT OF STATE, I WILL HAVE IT MAILED FROM OUR FFL TO YOUR FFL AT YOUR EXPENSE.  There is also a selection of watches, jewelry, and sports memorabilia.

SOME LOTS IN THIS AUCTION DO HAVE LOW RESERVES.  EACH LOT THAT HAS A RESERVE WILL BE NOTATED AS SUCH.  IF A RESERVE IS NOT MET FOR AN ITEM AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION, I WILL SPEAK WITH THE ESTATE AND LET THEM KNOW WHAT THE HIGH BID WAS.  IF THEY ELECT TO ACCEPT THAT, I WILL REACH OUT TO YOU TO SEE IF YOU ARE STILL INTERESTED IN BUYING THE ITEM.

** THE BUYERS PREMIUM FOR THE MG MGB AND THE HARLEY ARE ONLY 10%.   EVERYTHING ELSE IS 15% UNLESS YOU ARE PAYING WITH CASH UPON PICKUP.  YOU MUST LET ME KNOW AHEAD OF TIME OR YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED.  ALSO KEEP IN MIND VA DOES NOT ALLOW U.S. COINS AND BULLION TO BE TAXED, SO THAT ALLOWS YOU TO BID A LITTLE HIGHER KNOWING THERE IS NO TAX ON THOSE ITEMS.

Online Auction Terms

** Every auction lot is sold "as is, where is with all faults KNOWN OR UNKNOWN" without warranty or guarantee of any kind.  Inspections of each lot can be carried out by personally looking at the item(s) on the day of preview, or through photographs that are uploaded for the online auction.  All bidders are asked not to bid on any lot (item) that they have not inspected to their complete satisfaction.   There are no warranties or guarantees provided by the auction house regarding the condition or functionality of the items being auctioned.  At the closing of each item, the item or lot becomes the responsibility of the winning bidder (buyer).  Every effort is made to describe the item(s) accurately.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Registration:  To gain access to the Auctioneer’s bidding system, you will need to register and obtain a bidder number.  You must be eighteen years old or older to register.  You agree that all information that you provide during the registration process will be true and accurate.  You may be banned from participation in the Auctioneer’s auctions indefinitely should you provide any false information during the registration process. 

** A 15% internet buyers premium is added to each successfully closed/sold lot, plus 6% VA sales tax. 

**  A 12% internet buyers premium is added to each successfully closed/sold lot, plus 6% VA sales tax for those that are paying in cash.  HOWEVER, YOU MUST NOTIFY US OF YOUR INTENT TO PAY WITH CASH PRIOR TO THE AUCTION ENDING, OR YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AT THE END OF THE AUCTION.

**  The following forms of payment are accepted:  Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and CASH prior to picking up the won items.   A $1.00 charge will be used to verify a credit card. The fee is released once credit card is verified.  

** All items must be picked up during the published date and time for pickup, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auctioneer.  Any and all items not picked up at the conclusion of the determined pickup date and time will be deemed abandoned and become the property of Land of Goshen Auction House.  Please do not bid on an item if you are not able to pick it up, or pay for shipping.  THERE WILL BE NO CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS, or REFUNDS.

 Picking Up Your Items:  You are solely responsible for the safe and timely pick-up and removal of any items you may win at this auction.  If you are unable to safely pick up and remove your items during the removal times that have been scheduled for this sale, PLEASE DO NOT BID.   The Auctioneer is not obligated to issue you a refund if you are unable to pick up and safely remove your items during the published removal times.  If a given item is identified as eligible for shipping, please follow the specified instructions to arrange for shipping.  

Release Upon Presentation of Receipt:  You understand and agree that the Auction Manager is only obligated to release your items after you or your agent presents a Paid Sales Receipt and satisfactory identification documentation.  You further understand and agree that it is your duty to ensure that any agent picking up items on your behalf has a copy of your Paid Sales Receipt to present at the pick-up location.  You explicitly authorize the Auction Manager to release your items to any person in possession of your Paid Sales Receipt.  No item will be released to any person unless that person presents a Paid Sales Receipt listing the item in question.  

Abandonment:  You understand and agree that any item that you do not pick up during the published removal times will be considered abandoned.  You understand and agree that you will not receive any refund in connection with any item that is considered abandoned, and that you will be charged a reasonable fee for the storage, removal, and/or disposal of any such item. 

Disposal of Unclaimed Items:  In the event you refuse to pay for or abandon any item that you win at auction, the Auction Manager will have the option of reselling, removing, storing, or disposing of the unpaid-for or abandoned item.  You understand and agree that you will be personally responsible for all deficiencies – and all legal, collection, transportation, and storage expenses – associated with your delinquent account and/or abandoned items.  In the event of resale, you agree to pay any cost associated with the resale as well as any deficiency between your original purchase price and the resale price.

**  Please bring a copy of your paid receipt and identification with you when you pick your won items up.

 **  Shipping will be available when stated, so please check accordingly.  All shipping and handling  costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be charged separately from the initial invoice.

**  You must not engage in any fraudulent, illegal or unethical conduct in relation to the online auction, such as bid manipulation, or shill bidding.

**  You must not bid on any item that you are prohibited by law from buying or owning, or that is subject to any restrictions or regulations that may affect its sale, delivery or use.

**  You must keep your username and password confidential and not share them with anyone else. You are responsible for all bids placed under your username and password.  

**  By registering for an auction and placing bids, you indicate that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of this internet auction, and you agree to be bound these terms and conditions.  When you bid on any item, you are entering into a binding contract.  If your bid is the winning bid on any item(s), your credit card will be charged at the conclusion of the auction.

The pickup days will be November 8th and 9th from 11-5pm.  The address is in Newport News, VA and will be provided to the winners.  If you win the MG or the Harley, you can pick them up before then, but only the winners of those two items.  Thank you.
